When you have opened an alert to view the full details, there are a number of options you can take which are displayed at the bottom of the page; (some report types may have slightly different options):

 

Delete Registration – this will complete the report in REACT and delete the interest from cap hpi’s register.

Amend Registration (keeper changer, dual interests, registration conflict reports, data quality) – Allows you to amend the non-key (agreement date, term, type etc) details on the interest. Automatically updates the interest on cap hpi’s register.

Transfer registration (mismatch, cherished) – allows you to transfer the interest from one vrm/vin to another as suggested in the report details

 

Extend registration (Potential deletions) – Allows you to extend the term of agreements that are due to be timed deleted

 

Delete Security (no finance) as with delete registration

 

Amend Security (no finance) as with amend registration

 

Defer – allows you to defer the report until a later date. This will temporarily remove the report from your dashboard until the specific date is reached.

 

Complete – allows you to complete the report within REACT. This will not update anything on the register.

 

Add note – allows you to add your own notes for future reference (do not add any personal details)
