There are 4 report statuses:
Current
Recorded interested that are 'live'. This means that you still, currently, hold an interest in the asset. These can either be new or an older interest that has reached the end of its deferral period.
Current Unread
These are a subset of the above Current reports. Reports here have not been viewed or had any action done to them.
Deferred
A deferred record is one which someone has marked as pending. These will have an expiry date, after which they lose the 'deferred' status and return to being current.
Complete
These records have been completed, either by yourself or automatically by us. These should no longer represent a risk to your business. Any record will stay in a Complete status for 1 day, after which they are Archived. This means they will no longer appear on summary screens but can still be searched for.
