We monitor your interest for the lifetime it is on our registers and alert you should we receive any information that may affect your interest via our REACT tool (Risk Evaluation and Clearance Tool). The notifications will tell you if we’ve received information that suggests there has been a keeper change, plate transfer or dual interest on the vehicle, including stolen and written off notifications.

We will also tell you if the VRM/VIN you supplied at the point of registering the interest does not match the DVLA data we hold, potentially highlighting a ‘ringed’ vehicle or keying error. We also highlight where a VRM wasn’t recorded at the DVLA (Paper Car). We will also notify you when the interest is due to be time deleted from our register as well as providing data quality reports and notifications where interests have failed in some way (Registration Conflict Reports).
