Certificates can be requested for any check by either setting it up to be received before the check is run or by requesting one from the ‘Additional Services’ on the right of the check. Certificates can be emailed to you in a PDF format and further copies can be requested from the HPI History at a later date. Certificates will only be produced where a vehicle is clear on all registers. If a vehicle has any markers, the system will continue to try and generate a certificate for 30 days.
